AAR Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q4 Guidance Set

04:13 PM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AAR (AIR) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $1.25 per share, up from $0.99 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.15.

Revenue for the three months ended Feb. 28 was $845.1 million, up from $678.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $812.6 million.

For fiscal Q4, the company expects revenue growth of 19% to 21%. For the full year fiscal 2026, it now expects revenue growth of around 19% versus 17% expected earlier.
