AAR Plans Add-On Offering of $150 Million of Senior Notes

08:50 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AAR (AIR) said Monday it plans to offer $150 million of 6.750% senior notes due 2029, issued as additional notes under an existing indenture dated March 1, 2024, when it issued $550 million of the notes.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds of the proposed senior notes offering to repay outstanding borrowings under its unsecured revolving credit facility.
