The company anticipates raising approximately $94.2 million in gross proceeds.

The underwriters of the offering, expected to close on Friday, have an option to buy 883,200 more shares.

The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Thursday under the ticker symbol "AARD."
