Abcourt Confirms Gold Intersects in East Extension of South Zone on Flordin Property
Mar 18, 2025 9:26 AM

12:14 PM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Abcourt Mines ( ABMBF ) Tuesday released gold assay results from all holes drilled in the East Extension of the South Zone on its Flordin property in Quebec.

The company said best results from four holes totaling 2,340 meters included 47.2 meter testing at 1.1 grams per tonne of gold.

"The drilling campaign in the South Zone area was a great success, with all of our holes intersecting the gold-bearing structure and returning gold grades," said chief executive Pascal Hamelin. "A significant gold envelope several tens of metres thick was uncovered during this campaign. We have demonstrated that the type of high-grade gold mineralization that is associated with pyrite-silica-hematite and sericite bands is present throughout our Flordin property."

The company's shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.05 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
