Abitibi Metals Completes Two Geophysical Surveys at B26 Deposit in Quebec
May 25, 2025 8:45 PM

08:23 AM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Abitibi Metals ( AMQFF ) said Tuesday it completed fieldwork at two geophysical initiatives at the B26 deposit in Quebec and that phase-three drilling has begun.

The company completed a 1,028 line-kilometer heliborne VTEM Plus and magnetic gradiometer survey covering the entire property, as well as a downhole Pulse EM survey in three selected drill holes on the boundaries of the deposit. Abitibi said follow-up work identified high-priority gravity anomaly on the east side of the B26 deposit.

"The integration of VTEM and downhole EM data will enhance our ability to refine and prioritize high-quality drill targets, both at the deposit scale and across the broader B26 property," CEO Jonathon Deluce said.

Abitibi's share price gained 4.3% on Monday to $0.25 on the CSE.
