09:20 AM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ABM Industries ( ABM ) said Monday it has acquired critical power services provider Quality Uptime Services for $119 million in cash.

Quality Uptime and its 130 staff will become part of the ABM's mission critical solutions group in its technical solutions segment, ABM added.
