03:35 AM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AC Immune ( ACIU ) filed a registration statement Thursday for the potential sale of up to $350 million of its securities from time to time.

The filing covers the sale of the company's common shares, debt securities, warrants, purchase contracts, units and subscription rights.

The company aims to use the proceeds from the offering to strategically invest in research and clinical development of its current and additional pipeline candidates and general corporate purposes, among other things.
