08:23 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Academy Sports and Outdoors ( ASO ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.97 per diluted share, up from $1.96 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.05.

Net sales for the quarter ended Jan. 31, were $1.72 billion, up from $1.68 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected revenue of $1.76 billion.

The company said it expects fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS of $6.10 to $6.60. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $6.46.

Net sales for the fiscal year are projected to be about $6.18 billion to $6.36 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $6.47 billion.

The company's shares were down over 4% in premarket activity on Tuesday.
