Acadia Healthcare Completes 3 Comprehensive Treatment Centers Acquisition

11:07 AM EDT, 03/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Acadia Healthcare ( ACHC ) said Thursday it acquired three comprehensive treatment centers in North Carolina.

The acquisition increases the number of Acadia-operated treatment centers to 10 in North Carolina and 160 in 32 states nationwide, according to the company.

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The three newly acquired treatment centers were rebranded as Raleigh Comprehensive Treatment Center, Greenville Comprehensive Treatment Center and Hillsborough Comprehensive Treatment Center, the company added.
