04:47 PM EDT, 09/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Acadia Pharmaceuticals ( ACAD ) said late Monday that it has appointed Catherine Adams as chief executive, succeeding Steve Davis.

Adams most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of US at Bristol-Myers Squibb ( BMY ) , Acadia said.

Shares of Acadia fell 2.7% in recent after-hours activity.
