Acadian Asset Management Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Increase; Shares Rise

10:14 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Acadian Asset Management ( AAMI ) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.64 per share, up from $0.45 a year earlier.

A single analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $0.54 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 on a GAAP basis was $127.4 million, compared with $109.0 million a year earlier. Non-GAAP revenue rose to $124.9 million from $108.3 million a year earlier.

A single analyst polled by FactSet expected non-GAAP revenue of $117.6 million.

The company said it will distribute an unchanged quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share, payable on Sept. 26 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 12.

Shares of the company were up 5.6% in recent trading.
