10:46 AM EST, 11/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accel Entertainment ( ACEL ) said Tuesday that it completed the acquisition of an 85% stake in Toucan Gaming and LSM Gaming for about $40 million.

The combined business will operate as Toucan Gaming and will be headed by Toucan Chief Executive Stan Guidroz, who owns the remaining 15% stake in Toucan, according to Accel.

The acquisition will add 13 truck stop locations with 450 terminals and 60 3-machine locations across Louisiana, Accel said.
