06:28 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Accelerant, an insurance technology firm backed by billionaire sports financier Todd Boehly, has filed for an initial public offering in the US, according to a Monday Form S-1 filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company plans to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol, "ARX."

Accelerant said it will use the net proceeds from the offering to redeem its class C convertible preference shares, pay management fees to an affiliate of Altamont Capital Partners and for general corporate purposes.
