07:41 AM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Acceleware ( ACWRF ) overnight Tuesday said it appointed Peter Sametz as executive chairman of the board.

The company also appointed Merle Johnson to the board, while board chairman Bohdan Romaniuk and Peter Director Neweduk resigned. Sametz and Johnson will also serve on the audit committee, with Johnson serving as chair.

Shares of the company closed up about 5% to $0.11 on Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange
