Accenture Acquires Ascendient Learning

12:31 PM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Tuesday it has acquired Ascendient Learning from private equity firm Alpine Investors in a bid to expand its training and certification capabilities.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The acquisition will expand Accenture's ( ACN ) capabilities in instructor-led training, industry-recognized credentials, and customized upskilling and reskilling programs, the company said.
