08:42 AM EDT, 07/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire retail business and technology consultancy Logic to support its retail technology services.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company said the acquisition will add 800 Logic specialists to Accenture ( ACN ).

The deal is pending regulatory approval, Accenture ( ACN ) said.
