10:41 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire construction consulting services company Soben.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Shares of Accenture ( ACN ) were down 1.9% in recent trading.
