04:37 AM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Monday it has completed its acquisition of UK-based AI firm Faculty for an undisclosed sum.

Faculty co-founder and Chief Executive Marc Warner is expanding his role to become chief technology officer of Accenture ( ACN ) and join its global management committee.

More than 400 AI specialists from Faculty, including data scientists and AI engineers, will join Accenture ( ACN ), the company said.
