03:58 AM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of Openstream Holdings and its subsidiaries, Open Stream and Neutral.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition is expected to support clients in system and application modernization with advanced digital technologies and the addition of about 1,000 cloud and other digital experts, the company said.
