12:31 PM EDT, 04/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture's ( ACN ) unit Accenture Federal Services said Monday it agreed to acquire digital transformation and cloud modernization services provider Cognosante.

On completion, Cognosante's team of over 1,500 people will join Accenture Federal Services, according to the company.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
