Financial details of the investment weren't disclosed.

Accenture ( ACN ) said the investment was made through its Accenture Ventures arm, and that its Accenture Song will work with DaVinci Commerce to optimize agentic commerce across the full value chain.

Shares of the company were up nearly 2% in recent Monday premarket activity.
