Accenture Names Angie Park CFO Amid String of Leadership Appointments

05:09 PM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said late Tuesday that its business and commercial finance lead, Angie Park, will take over as the chief financial officer on Dec. 1.

Park succeeds KC McClure who will step down as CFO on Nov. 30 and retire in March 2025, the company said.

Angela Beatty, global lead of talent, rewards and employee experience, will become the company's chief leadership and human resources officer on Sept. 1, the company said.

Karthik Narain, currently the group chief executive of technology, will take on the additional responsibilities of chief technology officer. Bhaskar Ghosh, currently the chief strategy officer, will become the company's chief strategy and innovation officer. Both appointments will be effective Sept. 1, Accenture ( ACN ) said.

Shares of the company fell 1.8% in recent after-hours activity.
