03:32 AM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said late Thursday it agreed to acquire Australian cybersecurity services provider CyberCX.

The financial terms of the deal, which requires approval from regulators, weren't disclosed.

Accenture ( ACN ) expects the deal to substantially strengthen its cybersecurity services and expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

Privately-owned CyberCX, which has a workforce of about 1,400 employees, operates cybersecurity centers across Australia and New Zealand, with additional offices in London and New York, Accenture ( ACN ) said.
