03:55 AM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said late Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Australian consulting firm Partners in Performance.

The company did not disclose financial details of the transaction, which is subject to customary conditions including regulatory approvals.

Partners in Performance will enhance Accenture's ( ACN ) offering to clients in industries such as metals and mining, oil and gas, utilities and chemicals, with its roughly 400 employees joining Accenture Strategy, the company said.
