03:34 AM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire German healthcare management consultancy firm consus.health.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

consus.health serves more than 600 healthcare providers and hospitals in Germany. The business will boost Accenture's ( ACN ) capabilities to serve medical clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the company said.

The deal is subject to customary closing conditions.
