03:57 AM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said late Thursday it has agreed to acquire Openstream Holdings and its Open Stream and Neutral subsidiaries.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

The transaction will add roughly 1,000 cloud and other digital experts to Accenture's ( ACN ) cloud and digital engineering and manufacturing teams. The company expects the acquisition to strengthen its cloud, artificial intelligence, smart logistics, retail and manufacturing capabilities.

Open Stream offers low-code development platforms for production management, inventory management, logistics and accounting systems used by companies. Neutral specializes in system integration in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
