04:30 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Tuesday it is set to acquire Aidemy, boosting its LearnVantage learning and reskilling service.

Aidemy will become an Accenture ( ACN ) unit upon the completion of a tender offer.

Accenture ( ACN ) said it will acquire all remaining shares and stock acquisition rights in the coming months, following which Aidemy will be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
