11:54 AM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) said Tuesday it has agreed to buy digital education company Udacity for undisclosed sum.

Udacity is a provider of technology courses that blend online learning with the benefits of human instruction, Accenture ( ACN ) said.

Udacity's team of more than 230 employees will join Accenture LearnVantage, which the company launched Tuesday to provide its clients with technology learning and training services.
