11:03 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture ( ACN ) unit Accenture Federal Services said Monday it has closed its acquisition of Cognosante, which provides digital transformation and cloud modernization technology for federal health, defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Accenture Federal Services said that with the acquisition, it is establishing a new federal health portfolio for its business.
