Accolade Shareholders Greenlight Merger With Transcarent

04:57 PM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Accolade (ACCD) said late Thursday that its shareholders voted to approve the merger with Transcarent.

The merger is expected to be completed in Q2, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals, the company said.

Accolade said it will become a privately held company after the merger.
