09:57 AM EDT, 07/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Accord Financial ( ACCFF ) on Tuesday said it has refiled its primary credit agreement on SEDAR+ following a routine continuous disclosure review by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).

The OSC requested that Accord refile the loan agreement with descriptions of redacted information and with certain redactions removed in accordance with subsection 12.2(5) of National Instrument 51-102.

Accord said it does not consider the additional disclosures to be material but recognizes that the original filing did not strictly adhere to the requirements due to an oversight.

Accord is down $0.02 to $4.08 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
