06:34 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ACI Worldwide ( ACIW ) said Monday it has acquired Payment Components, a provider of AI-driven financial messaging and open banking.

The company said it will integrate Payment Components' technology, IP, talent, and customers into its operations.

The acquisition will enhance ACI Connetic, its cloud-native unified payments platform, by adding advanced messaging and AI capabilities across account-to-account payments, card processing, and fraud prevention, the company said.

Financial terms of the deal, which isn't expected to be financially material to ACI, were not disclosed.
