ACI Worldwide Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increase; 2025 Revenue Outlook Lifted

06:43 AM EST, 11/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ACI Worldwide ( ACIW ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $1.09 per diluted share, up from $0.97 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $482.4 million, up from $451.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $465.3 million.

For 2025, the company raised its revenue guidance to between $1.73 billion and $1.75 billion, up from its previous $1.71 billion to $1.74 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.73 billion.
