Aclaris Therapeutics Raises $80 Million Through Private Placement

09:03 AM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aclaris Therapeutics ( ACRS ) said Monday it entered into a securities purchase agreement to sell 35.6 million shares at $2.25 per share in a private placement for about $80 million gross proceeds.

Proceeds from the private placement, expected to close on Nov. 19, will be used to fund the research and development of its pipeline and for general corporate purposes.
