ACNB Approves New Share Buyback Plan

09:20 AM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ACNB ( ACNB ) said Wednesday its board has approved a plan for the buyback of up to 314,000 shares, representing nearly 3% of the company's outstanding common stock.

The plan replaces any earlier repurchase programs and will be funded with available capital, the company said.
