09:59 AM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ACNB ( ACNB ) will buy Traditions Bancorp in an all-stock deal valued at $73.5 million, the companies said Wednesday.

Under the terms of the deal, slated to close in Q1, Traditions shareholders will receive 0.73 ACNB ( ACNB ) shares for every Traditions common share owned upon deal closure, the companies said.

ACNB ( ACNB ) stock was down 4.4% in recent Wednesday trading.
