Route Mobile has completed the acquisition of Intellectual Property (IP) and its associated identified customer contracts on a slump sale basis from Tele DNA Communications. This acquisition adds a lot of product portfolio enhancement in our offering to operators, said Rajdipkumar Gupta, MD, Group CEO and Promoter of Route Mobile in an interview to CNBC-TV18.
