05:22 AM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Acrivon Therapeutics ( ACRV ) said Friday in a Form 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that it has appointed Adam Levy as chief financial officer succeeding Rasmus Holm-Jorgensen, effective April 1.

Levy has served the company as senior vice president since July 2023.

Holm-Jorgensen will step down from the role to pursue another opportunity, the company said.
