Acuity Brands to Buy QSC for Roughly $1.22 Billion

09:19 AM EDT, 10/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Acuity Brands ( AYI ) said Thursday it has agreed to buy audio, video and control platform operator QSC for roughly $1.22 billion.

The deal will likely close in fiscal Q2, Acuity Brands ( AYI ) said.
