Acuren Says NV5 Go-Shop Period Ends With no Superior Offer

07:42 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Acuren Corp. ( TIC ), (TIC) said Tuesday the 60-day go-shop period tied to its merger agreement with NV5 Global ( NVEE ) expired July 14 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

During this time, NV5 was allowed to seek and negotiate third-party offers to acquire the company, it said.

NV5 did not receive any superior proposals and the merger is expected to close in August, subject to customary conditions, Acuren ( TIC ) said.
