09:06 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Acuren ( TIC ) said Tuesday that it will rebrand as TIC Solutions, effective Oct. 10, following its merger with NV5, but Acuren ( TIC ), NV5, and other legacy names will remain as customer-facing brands.

The group has changed its corporate headquarters and will continue to trade on the NYSE under ticker "TIC," the company said.

TIC Solutions said it expects Q3 service revenue to be $460 million to $480 million, and 2025 service revenue to be $1.53 billion to $1.57 billion.

Shares of the company were down 6% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
