04:55 PM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Acurx Pharmaceuticals ( ACXP ) said Friday in a regulatory filing some selling shareholders may sell up to about 2.6 million shares.

The number of shares comprises up to about 2.46 million shares issuable upon exercise of Series E warrants acquired by some of the shareholders under a purchase agreement with an exercise price of $0.90 per share and up to 147,783 shares issuable upon exercise of placement agent warrants, the company said.

The selling shareholders will get all of the proceeds from any sales of the shares, Acurx said.

Acurx shares rose 3.3% in after-hours trading.
