ACV Q4 Net Loss Widens, Revenue Increases

04:38 PM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ACV (ACVA) reported a Q4 net loss Wednesday of $0.16 per diluted share, wider than a loss of $0.14 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a per-share loss of $0.14.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $159.5 million, up from $118.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $156.8 million.

The company said it expects Q1 revenue between $180 million and $185 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $186.7 million.

The company expects 2025 revenue between $765 million and $785 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $784.4 million.
