04:42 AM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Adamas One ( JEWL ) said late Tuesday it has received a notice from Nasdaq that the company is delinquent in filing its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, which serves as an additional basis for delisting its securities.

The company previously had a hearing on May 30 before a Nasdaq panel regarding its plan to regain compliance with multiple listing rules.

Adamas said it plans to present a new plan to regain compliance with the filings rule and seek the continued listing of its common shares on Nasdaq.
