09:02 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Adamas Trust ( ADAM ) priced a public offering of $90 million worth of 9.600% senior notes due 2031, the company said Wednesday.

The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $13.5 million worth of the notes to cover over-allotments, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on Friday.

The company has applied to list the notes on the Nasdaq under the symbol "ADAMK," the company said.

The company plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions of targeted assets and repayment of existing debt, the company said.
