Adams Diversified Equity Fund Reports Start of Tender Offer

10:53 AM EDT, 07/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Adams Diversified Equity Fund ( ADX ) said Friday it has started its tender offer to acquire up to 10%, or about 12.4 million shares, at 98% of its net asset value per share on Aug. 2.

The offer will end on Aug. 2, unless extended, the company said.
