07:40 AM EDT, 07/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AdaptHealth ( AHCO ) said late Tuesday it has appointed Dale Wolf as chair of the board, succeeding Richard Barasch, effective July 1.

Wolf has served on the company's board since 2019, AdaptHealth ( AHCO ) added.

Additionally, the company said that President Josh Parnes will be stepping down, effective Aug. 31.

AdaptHealth ( AHCO ) also said that Chief Executive Suzanne Foster joined the board, effective May 20.
