AdaptHealth to Transition Chief Operating Officer to Chief Business Officer Role

05:18 PM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AdaptHealth ( AHCO ) said in a late Monday filing that it plans to transition Chief Operating Officer Shaw Rietkerk to a new role as chief business officer by the end of September.

The parties are negotiating the terms of the transition, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
