04:11 PM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Addus HomeCare ( ADUS ) said Friday it raised $176 million from an underwritten public offering of shares.

The company sold over 1.7 million shares in the offering at $108 per share, including full exercise of the underwriters' option to buy up to 225,000 shares, Addus added.

Addus said it plans to use $81.4 million from the proceeds to repay its outstanding credit facility and the rest for acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
