04:05 AM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Addus HomeCare ( ADUS ) said late Wednesday it priced a public offering of 1.5 million common shares at $108 per share for expected gross proceeds of about $162 million.

The company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 225,000 additional shares.

Addus plans to use about $81.4 million of the net proceeds to repay debt and the remainder for general corporate purposes. The offering is due to close Friday.
